Mahesh Rajasekharan

Mahesh Rajasekharan is the CEO of Cleo, where he has led the company’s evolution from an early-stage platform into a scaled, global software business. Cleo partnered with H.I.G. Capital for a strategic growth investment in 2021. Prior to Cleo, Mahesh held senior operating roles across enterprise software companies, including COO of SumTotal Systems and leadership positions at i2 Technologies, where he drove global go-to-market execution across sales, marketing, services, and operations with P&L responsibility.
