David Freeman

David Freeman is the founder of Breakpoint Growth, an operator-led acquirer of one company that serves healthcare organizations. He was previously part of a two-person team that acquired MD Clarity, a revenue cycle management software company serving outpatient provider organizations. As Chief of Staff and later Head of Strategy, David played a key role in building the company's go-to-market function. During his tenure, the company expanded into new specialties, broke into a number of the largest provider groups nationwide, and developed partnerships with leading EHR vendors. Prior to MD Clarity, David was a healthcare strategy consultant at EY-Parthenon and he holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
